Penn State and IWLA Launch 2026 3PL Impact Study
Penn State Smeal Center for Supply Chain Research has been selected by International Warehouse Logistics Association as the research collaborator for the inaugural 3PL Impact Study, set to be published in Fall 2026.
CSCR Executive Director Donna Palumbo-Miele spoke at the 2026 IWLA Convention & Expo in San Antonio to announce this collaboration.
This impact study will quantify and highlight the critical role of 3PL warehousing in supporting supply chains, employment, and economic growth across North America, and will inform policymakers, support advocacy efforts, and provide industry benchmarking for IWLA members.
