Manifesting Valentine’s Day: Chocolate, Flowers, Logistics. Chocolate and flowers are at the heart of Valentine’s Day gifts. However, the sustainability of these supply chains are rocky. Cocoa shortages raise prices on chocolate confections and a poor growing season leave florists without roses.
