Barrett’s Tier-one warehouse management system, Synapse, unifies our implementation process with our customers, operations team, and customer service team by enhancing processing and information flow. Barrett has extensive experience integrating ERP and legacy systems to create efficient work streams, expand information visibility and reporting, and facilitate seamless file transfer in various formats such as XML, EDI and flat files. Barrett’s Web portal provides client teams with secure, real-time data and reporting. Stakeholders can see work streams that are critical to proactively managing each business function.
