ALAN’s Supply Chain Intelligence Center:
Where To Turn When Catastrophes Happen
ALAN understands that disasters are often uncharted territory. They don’t always come equipped with instructions. And they’re rarely simple to navigate.
That’s why they’re providing an interactive map, completely free of charge to anyone who needs it. You can use it to monitor the real-time status of roads, ports and airports in disaster-impacted areas – and to find out the latest policy changes at the national, state, local and county levels.
Companies step-up efforts to supply PPE for Covid-19 pandemic
Logistics companies are increasing their support of coronavirus relief efforts. BP is donating fuel through its Air BP division for FedEx Express charter flights shuttling gloves, gowns, masks and other needed gear, while Atlantic Logistics is operating a bulk hand sanitizer rebottling initiative for truck drivers and Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia is making face shields for health care workers in that state.
